Responsibilities
- Maintain an existing Instant Messaging system, improve its architecture, stability, and robustness
- Design and develop new functionalities according to new demands
Qualification
- 5+ years experience in Java/Golang/Lua/Python backend development
- Familiar with development process, git collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Linux, micro services , distributed systems, redis sharding, database sharding, kafka and MQ
- Independently designed at least one high performance, high throughput, and high availability backend system, and it has successfully been used
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in large or middle open source projects
- Experience in multi-datacenter architecture
- Experience in IM system or SaaS system development
- Experience in security architecture
- Experience in development team management
